1. Its even more odd than that as anyone who works there under a Work visa is entirely beholden to the Sponsor for his ability to leave, let alone get there in the first place. Even a US citizen will have a tough time getting out if he signs one of those agreements as the courts there decide everything and they are SLOW and very biased.
