  1. >can be somewhat messy< try can be somewhat dangerous. She could have set the whole building on fire. Actually a good shovel and precise aim solves the problem handily. She was lucky she wasn’t charged for potentially causing the whole place to go up in flames - imagine the lawsuits from that one. Bet the followup story on this one is that she is evicted.

Here is my solution, yes the stupid complex is responsible for ‘pests’ which snakes are considered. Kearney sues them for breach of contract. Then the apartment owner sues her for jeopardizing the building and other tenants by starting a fire on purpose (called arson). Isn’t that what America is becoming - personal responsibility assigned by the winner of the legal lotto???

    blah-blah

  6. She should be charged with animal cruelty.  Setting fire to a snake - shameful.  Would she set a kitten on fire?  Probably!  We need to take this bitch OUT!!!  2gunsfiring

  7. doesn’t even say what kinda snake… most snakes will leave you alone if you leave them alone anyway… was probaly just a harmless(to people) yellow rat snake. most snakes in florida are harmless, just have the coral, rattlesnakes and water moccasins/cottonmouths that are poisonous.. and the exotic pythons that are taking over the everglades and the only predator adult Alligators really have other then Man..

  9. google Maps of Apartments

Overpriced in relation to what I wonder that they are referencing....the complex is in Jacksonville and almost Riverfront on the St. John’s River. She should have thought about snakes before she moved to a place so close to the water.. There are probaly also Gators around.. I wonder what she would do if she encountered an alligator on her front porch.. I have an Idea her failed snake removal effort would just result in a firely mad alligator charging her.. although I think in case of Alligators on a porch the Apartment complex would be forced to act and if not she could call the FWC and get it taken care of… end up as gator tail somewhere after the trapper caught it..I’ve seen names like Shatavia around here and they are 99% black. here’s a shatavia On Myspace in jacksonville.. but she is 17 and in Jacksonville Arkansas...Here’s another in Tennessee on myspace
    Here’s another at a wedding(bride’s neice supposedly)

    Here’s another in New York

well out of the 4 on the first google page with pictures all supported my guess… but I guess it really doesnt matter…
