Do what NC used to do - declare them outlaws and anyone can bring them in either dead or alive to collect the bounty. Funny thing is that most folks who’ve been declared an outlaw turn themselves in to the local police ASAP.
Kirk that kind of “frontier justice” would never be allowed in Britain. We have made it a criminals paradise and as for carrying a gun. Well no chance of that and if you used it to defend yourself you would be the one doing eight to ten in the government pen. The lunatics run the asylum in Britain nowadays.
So Lyndon, what prevents the average Brit from gathering up a bunch of his mates and taking the issue up with the folks in parliment and convincing them that they had better get a handle on the issue of crime or there might be another tea party?
