   Spin, spin, spin, but they can’t seem to get to the rinse cycle. Maybe Carville’s statement was satire? ... sigh ...

   All I know is that everyone else outside of LA seems to be cleaning things up and getting on with their lives. Rebuilding, kids going to schools. Not many Biloxi gangs terrozing Houston these days
