  1. They definately deserve our condemnation,at the very least, IMAO they are traitors to their country. No simple words can convey just how I feel about the “Drive By Media”. You know I used to think Joseph Mcarthy was a raving lunatic. However, nowdays he doesn’t sound all that bad.

  2. Might I suggest the traitors, if not punished by the “proper authorities”, be punished by the PROPER authorities. That would be the American citizen, boys and girls. To borrow a phrase from another brilliant blog, “Rope. Tree. Journalist. Some assembly required.” Is it not nearing time, if not way the heck past time, to recover our nation? This putrid gangrenous mass must be carved out! Only then can we heal.

  3. Not only that, but a document captured in al-Zarqawi’s safe house vows to use the media to make themselves look good and the Americans to look bad.

Have they been successful? One only has to read the news or listen to Democrats in order to be satisfied that they take their news and talking points from al-Qaeda, not from what is actually happening in Iraq.

  4. I’m glad that you posted this, I just got a letter from Media Research Center - they give you a ‘dog’ tag to sign and one to keep. I’m going to make a donation (I usually don’t send money to any group) simply because I am so incensed with the current biased portrayal of our Armed Forces in Iraq.

I can not go to some of the suggestions posted here (although I do agree wholeheartedly with charges of treason, especially for Rep. Murtha) - because while in Iraq, my son said to me - -

don’t let what the anti-war people say get to you Mom, I am here fighting for their right to say what they want as much as I am here to keep you safe. . . These are the young people fighting for America not the skewed garbage written in the media.

As far as what is going on in Iraq - here is what two soldiers said (to calm us worried mothers and soldiers about to deploy):
‘The journalists never leave the hotel in Baghdad, how can they know what is going on in the entire country?’
    and
‘There are only 5 of them covering the country, they don’t know the entire story and don’t care to find it out.’

I don’t know if the MRC has their dog tag deal on the website - but if they do, I encourage each and everyone of you to do it (you can send the signed dog tag without a donation). We must let our Troops know that we believe them and Support them. . .

Now another story, SGT Troy Jenkins (187th Inf, 101st Airborne Division, Air Assualt) died on April 24, 2003 from wounds he received on April 19th saving his squad and an Iraqi girl who handed him the hand granade that he fell on as it exploded. Only those of us involved with the 101st, his family Jack and Fran Jenkins, his squad and their familes know about his bravery and selfless sacrifice - because the media choses not to Honor our brave men and women. [SGT Jenkins started his military career as a Marine and left two children]

It is disgusting and so very sad.

  5. I’m serious. There needs to be an honest to God PATRIOT elected to each of the positions coming open in all the electable positions coming open. The socialist slime removed from the courts, and replaced by “Constitutionalists”. THEN let’s see what the world has to say!
