1. Fine, so it’s not a motor vehicular related incident.  So hit the punk with something akin to “Criminal negligence causing death”.

   The harm done, and the death resulting, are clear points that should be worth SOMETHING.

2. Manslaughter would work! but as the perasites at the CPS have gone with a un feasable prosecution they maybe cant use it.

3. So he’s avoided criminal charges? Here in Ohio, he’s still subject to civil charges of negligent homicide, wrongful death, etc. The surviving family could still make what is left of his life hell. Probably put a lien on his scooter…
