I see no real badness to this decision. And 34 states are working up amendments to their constitutions declaring sovereignty under the 9th and 10th amendments. Things are looking GOOD!
As to incorporation, my state’s constitution says:
ยง 1.04 Bearing arms; standing armies; military powers (1851)
The people have the right to bear arms for their defense and security; but standing armies, in time of peace, are dangerous to liberty, and shall not be kept up; and the military shall be in strict subordination to the civil power.

Please note the absence of ‘hunting’ as a reason for bearing arms. I really hate it when some leftist politician says he’s not anti-hunting. We don’t ‘bear arms’ for hunting.
Well, I don’t. I bear arms because it’s my right, and civic duty. How else are we going to raise the next generation of Sgt. Yorks?
