  1. Everyone is happy now.

But wait until the “International Community” wants Nancy and Howie and the Donk Brigade to come to the rescue in Darfur or the next Third World hellhole that explodes on CNN.

They’re going to find that their new best friends in Congress are going to move mighty slow to fill that order cuz they have no street cred with our military anymore.

Remember Bosnia and the Army helicopters that “couldn’t” fly in the mountains until a “proper” base was built?

Forget the Marines and Special Forces too.

    Can you say airdropped MRE’s?

  2. It will be quite interesting to see how they react when the Dems refuse to send aide to our allies.
Our enemies - Iran, Paki (I don’t care what they say Paki is NOT our friend)Egypt? Cuba… given the illness of Castro, things might get hinky quickly over there. Venezuela and the toad in charge of that country - AGH!
First of all - I do not care what they think, nor what they say. We know they are full of hot, blustery air, they hate America and everything we stand for.
I guess the thing that disturbs me most is that this is viewed worldwide as a loss of confidence in Bush. That we are in a somewhat weakened state.
I still believe that Bush can and will show that he has some balls left!
    Dear God I hope so.

  3. With the notable exception of Israel, I find it ironic (to say the least) when certain countries/leaders/turds feel the need to offer witty commentary on our elections. If they make the pretense of having any kind of “elections” at all these are just a rubber-stamping of a hand-picked, “no-alternatives-allowed” list of “candidates.” The mullahs in Iran would never dare have a no-holds-barred down-and-dirty American-style election. Nor the various kings and princes (whose sole qualification and right to rule stems from swimming in the lucky gene pool).
