  1. I believe that during the Jim Crow era there were guidelines for percentages of negro and white blood that defined people. Quadroon, octoroon, etc. Maybe we need to bring back all that horseshit. And how about separate but equal? That works to keep the “right” color in view.

Eventually equity of result, not just opportunity, may lead to race-based firing, and race-based illness and death. Hey, a higher proportion of one race dies or gets sick over another, just make sure that the other race suffers the same as the first. That is equity, ain’t it?

    Friggin morons.

  2. Canadians are racists and discriminate against white males.

Sounds like Democrats in the United States.

Canada - go F*ck Yourself finger

  3. Canada has the bad taste to make it explicit.  “Diversity” is merely implicit.

That doesn’t mean that if I had two equally qualified applicants, I wouldn’t hire the black one. S/he’s probably had to bust his/her ass to get there, more than the white guy/gal.

  5. The Mind Boggles I agree with oink If two people are equally qualified toss a coin.  But.Hiring color hurts everyone.  Afirmative action is and will remain RACISISM If we keep this up you might as well flush the country.  Better yet, Let’s just pour money on the problem. Down with Granholm doggiestyle Moonbat shit

It should be illegal for a Canadian to be Governor of a US State.

  7. I would hire the underdog, not just the black guy.  My stock-broking’ partner was black.  He was a hard-charger. It wasn’t fair that he had to work harder than me to keep up; but it was reality. Inferior schools was one problem he had overcome. Having two parents was a boost. And mostly, “Drugs?! shit no! We were doin’ sports.” I love that guy.
