  1. Other than famous artists and of course the 2.1 million (dollars, euros, pesos whatever) - you are talking about what I am going through. Part of me is still thinking of a way to get the furniture & other stuff from the apartment - but alas I do not have the 6 grand to bribe my lawyer Uncle who created this mess. On the other hand (good) I did get all the contents of the storage unit - half is in my garage and half in a new storage unit here by the house. So the World - i.e. the family - is not going to see all the gems I have uncovered. I’d mention some of them - but then I’d have to kill you - and we can’t have that.

I will dutifully produce an inventory of the pictures and an overview inventory of the ‘papers’. Lots more of LPs than I remembered my Dad having - that shall be interesting to go through too.

What has me stymied right now - is the books - Yes the 1898 complete set of Shakespeare is a given (and luckily for me, my Mom gave those to me years ago) & the 1900 medical books - they are shelved inside the house already. Yes the Navy ‘laws’ book from 1943 is locked in a metal box - The two dozen Bibles and the Cookbooks have a home once I figure out - where to house them. It is the boxes and boxes of books - waaaaay more than I thought I have to figure out what to do (we already have 12 bookcases in the basement) with. I must go through and divide them into worth it to keep, maybe and OK where can I donate these? Dust - there have been many, many days that I have worked with a mask & gloves - and I have about a dozen garbage bags (already) - still don’t have ‘legal’ permission to throw away. All of this stuff has been in storage since 1994 and in boxes since she left OH in 1979.

It is going to be a long, long year.
