3. I like Macker’s take. I also like the take I heard on the Rush Limbaugh show. I don’t remember who he was quoting other that it was on National Review Online. The take was the by judicial fiat, SCOTUS has imposed a treaty between the USA and Al Queda.

   Yes Macker, Let Justice Stevens enforce his decision.

4. Actually I think that perhaps (once again) the Left has painted itself into a corner of their own making and like a child who pushes the limits and dad’s patience are dumbstruck when the proverbial s*** hits the fan.

   SCOTUS says go back to Congress (which BTW had already dealt with this issue) in essence ignoring Congress, the Constitution and the President - so what happens if Congress actually declares War and makes it all ‘legit’ and for real.

   Watch the liberals and SCOTUS fall flat on their faces as President Bush and Congress make ‘em pay for all their whinning, ignoring and ranting. . .

   Talk about ‘talking truth to power’ for once it will be the conservatives doing the talking and showing the power!
