  1. Uhm - now exactly why was Doc (and I use that term loosely here) Hourani allowed to leave the UK? Should not have someone - anyone (say like the nurse) have mentioned this to start the process of a big lawsuit and possible license revocation? Or dare I say it - those of a certain ‘religion’ are allowed a big huge pass in the new PC World?

Onto your problem - a ship does indeed sound more plausible these days - take a break before another form of hell breaks loose.

  4. Wardmama the issue of a lawsuit exposes the insanity of the National Health Service. If there is a payout for incompetence it will be the taxpayer that ultimately foots the bill. It seems to me that in a socialised medical system it all comes down to the lowest common denominator. There are plenty of British doctors training at University but once they graduate they pretty soon realise they can get better pay and conditions elsewhere. That’s why there is a preponderance of “doctors” from the third world in the UK NHS.
