  1. Columbia was a distinct possibility at one time. Too late now, somebody else snapped it up.

Check out the lyrics to this song

BTW, do you know where WOP originated, OCM?

  2. Oops, it appears that the soprano had a different set of lyrics

Not to be confused with “Hail Columbia” the unofficial national anthem until it was replaced by the “Star Spangled Banner” in 1931. I’m not going to post lyrics or song again.

No, I didn’t get to hear the first song I posted before I posted it. WinAmp won’t play while BMEWS is loaded on the browser.

  3. WOP comes from the Italian shoe maker who made floppy shoes that went WOP-WOP-WOP wherever anyone walked in them and surpisingly enough the WOP decided that he liked the shoes so much that wherever “he go, daygo”.

OK, I’m now officially a Mafia target.

    LOL

  4. Okay, that’s what I had always heard. I took the opportunity to use your link to look up “Guinea” as well. It never made any sense to me. Now I know and I was right again. It makes no sense.
