Oh to be able to have that fortitude. All I can say is Wow - to be half the woman she is would be a dream. Sad to say, probably a fantasy.
I agree with wardmama4...I would like to be half the woman she was. An amazing story. Reminds me of some of the pioneer stories here in the states.
Ladies, I think there might be a number of guys who wouldn’t mind being half of what she was. I really think they could do a movie on that woman.
BTW ... kind of on this subject.
Many years ago I got to know this couple, he a decorated Marine and she an absolutely to die for GOR-JUS young country singer. I started to represent her and produced her records and no , she didn’t make the big time. Lots don’t. But I never worked with anyone who had the discipline she did without losing sight of other things.
This is sort of don’t judge the book thing. So ... she is this beautiful woman with great a figure which believe me she refused to let slide by careless habits etc. You wouldn’t think by seeing her and simply judging by the mini skirted figure on stage, that she was a VERY deeply religious individual. Not only that, she could and in fact has done DIY construction as in building a new addition to their home. With all that entails. She sent me photos I wish I still had as examples. She isn’t a large lady, not big boned or muscular and of course her husband was working with her. But it isn’t he that is the real DIYer. It’s this long haired blond goddess and she can do things I wouldn’t dream of cause I just do not have the ability.
Women are surprisingly awesome creatures !
