   No it ain’t. It’s redolent of VICHY FRANCE, who did the exact same thing TO THEIR OWN CITIZENS.

   OTOH, horry clap. He shoots 2 women with a hunting rifle and they’re still alive? Damn, was that his beetle hunting rifle, or what?
   

   The village has had a total of 17 break-ins since the beginning of the year and a falling crime rate. Yet villagers still speak of a “crime wave” and lay the blame squarely on the caravan doorstep of the travellers.

   Hey, lemme tell ya, if we had 17 break-ins this year in my little town, citizens would be patrolling the streets all day and all night with attack dogs and machine guns. There ain’t no crime in our town and it’s going to stay that way.
