His father was a refugee (not sure if applying for asylum or not) from Cuba - the ‘bios’ I’ve read, were not clear on whether they were married or not at the time Ted was born. It doesn’t matter - America is the only country in the world who stupidly bends (and pretends) that anchor babies is a LAW (it was a footnote on a 1982 Supreme Court case) and the unknown and un-discussed clause in the 14th Amendment - and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, precludes Criminal Illegal Invaders - as America is NOT in jurisdiction of foreign citizens within it’s borders (except in criminal matters - and thus far - I don’t think squatting to give birth is a criminal matter).
The one who is questionable as to NBC clause (outside of our current President who was born a British citizen - no matter where in the world he was born, even in the US) is Marco Rubio - for his parents did not naturalize until 4 years after he was born - thus he was born of sort-of Criminal Illegal Invaders - 19 years of living in the US under asylum - does it really take that long or was it their choice to not even be bothered to apply for citizenship?
The mother signs a birth certificate in the US - if she is an American citizen - doesn’t matter where in the world - she squatted to give birth. And Cruz’s mother graduated from college in the late 50s but he wasn’t born until 1970 - so either she was a genus who graduated from college as a child prodigy (which I think that the bio would have highlighted) or she was well over 21 years old.
Ms Dunham/Obama - was NOT - she was 18 when BHO was born - and if NOT married - was not legally age eligible to confer citizenship or perhaps even sign a birth certificate. Where is the legal paperwork from her parents granting their permission to marry and/or her emancipated minor paperwork? The legal age for all legal contracts was 21 in 1961. There would need to be a guardian to sign any legal papperwork for her - or an emancipated minor court decision. Where are they? There is NO gray area here and there was NO anchor baby ‘law’ back then either. And once again, British law (The Nationality Law of 1948) was in effect that stated a child born of a British citizen anywhere in the world was a British citizen. All of this is moot as the DNC, the Congress, the Supreme Court, the media and apparently the American people don’t give a damn that a person NOT eligible under the NBC clause is President.
Unless that person is a Republican.
Then it’s THE CONSTITUTION, Stupid.

Bite me is right Wardmama. You’ve got it all in a nutshell. And any of that ancient paperwork can now be produced on demand giving whatever “proof” is required, although nobody will be willing to notice that the ink is still wet on those documents.
There’s some line from a Terry Pratchett novel about when too many people live in a dream world, they’re afraid to wake up. It’s all a house of cards, so everyone has to pretend it’s as solid as the pyramids.
Oh, and the link Rich supplied allows Cruz, and yet at the same time condemns Obama. Which Wardmama confirms, and which all of us have known for years now. House of cards. So don’t anyone dare to sneeze.

The left is apparently terrified of Cruz. And that’s a good thing.
Just as they were terrified by Sarah Palin. You can always tell who scares them the most.No use it - I want as many people as possible to understand exactly what the DNC and the Supreme Court (for denying Berg’s lawsuit - He didn’t have a ‘stand’ - in the Constitutionality of who was being nominated to run for President? If NOT We The People - who the hell has the ‘standing’? - and all BEFORE the big o was even the Nominated Candidate. One has to wonder - Who put the fix in and When the fix was put in. And of course the media who 1) mistakes a halfrican as an ‘authentic’ black and 2) who was eager beyond belief to help install - what they thought was the most ‘insulated from criticism’ (since RACISM is just such a pc silencer charge) candidate. Sad that apparently none of the institutions set up to protect and defend the Constitution and the Citizens - are against both of us.
I just do not understand why the GOP, Congress and the people did not rise up and say - Paperwork - proof - show me it NOW. Taking Pelosi’s word - yeah, right. Simply prove it.
Sad the state of affairs that America has been shoved down/forced to - where the people are afraid to speak up, speak out and defend the Constitution - just because a halfrican pretends to ‘represent’ America.

I forgot - HI allows persons NOT BORN IN HI to acquire a HI birth certificate - they just can’t own HI land. So with my previous entry - one has to wonder WHO wanted a (possible) NOT NBC eligible halfrican to be President - and WHY so many ‘institutions’ originally designed as ‘checks and balances’ - the DNC, the GOP, Congress (don’t confuse this with the previous two entries), the Supreme Court - We The People and of course, the most complicit with this corrupt liar’s administration - the Media, were so silent?
I truly believe that the DNC/Dems did the ‘truther’ bit (i.e. encouraged the fringe anti-government/anti-Bush people) in 2001 to allow them in 2007 to throw down the ‘birther’ card.
I don’t care if the big o was conceived, born and raised in the Lincoln bedroom - He is NOT eligible under the Combo - the NBC CLAUSE of the US Constitution and the British Nationality Law to be POTUS.
That means that everyone in Congress, the DNC, the GOP and the Supreme Court in 2007/2008 (when was he certified?) are in violation of their oaths of office and should be RECALLED/IMPEACHED along with the big o.
Sad, that no one with any power (media, press - is there a single journalist left) - has the guts to lay it out. Not hard - I have the sources and I’m just an old homemaker in OH.
We (America and We The People) have been sold out - sad that there are so many anti-Americans in the seats of power.
And it’s going to get us all killed or destroy America - which are basically the same thing.
