  1. Considering changing my name to None of the Above and running as an independent.

  2. Peip, we got it - April 15.

  3. They are all members of the same club and the longer they stay in office the more indistinguisable they are from each other.  Look at how quickly Ahnold turned into a liberal.  I am holding out for Fred.

  4. Somethings got to change or I predict that this will be one of the lowest ‘turnouts’ for an election ever. But I have no fear, the dems are turning on each other and those (the lunatic fringe) that elected them, the Iranians are trying to take on the World and of course the terrorists are busy blowing each other up - so someone in one of these groups will commit the coup d’tetat that will have to bring a response.

    Otherwise, we are screwed. In other words, same old, same old.

  5. Yah, on rudy’s website he espouses a conversion to “respecting the Second Amendment”.  Now this is what he SAID ten years ago;

    And thanks in part to our stricter gun control laws, crime is down dramatically in New York City. Shootings are down over 50 percent. Murder is down over 50 percent. But the fact is that 90 percent of the guns we take out of the hands of criminals in New York City come from out of the State of New York.

    We need a federal law that bans all assault weapons, and if in fact you do need a handgun you should be subjected to at least the same restrictions—and really stronger ones—that exist for driving an automobile.

    The United States Congress needs to pass uniform licensing for everyone carrying a gun. Congress must do more to prevent a tragedy like the one that happened at the Empire State Building from ever happening again.

    You can read the rest of the ARCHIVE at; http://www.nyc.gov/html/rwg/html/97a/me970302.html

    Doesn’t sound like he believed that what worked in NYC wouldn’t work in Mississippi or Montana.

    Gawd I hope Thompson gets in the race.  No way am I voting for rudy.

  6. I guess nobody will be getting my vote, since almost anybody who runs for public office is a politician and I haven’t found any that don’t suck.

    Some more than others.

    Wait...that sounds wrong…

    Or not.  So many of them have to suck up to various groups in order to get the votes, knowing full well that as soon as they are installed in their office they will forget all about the promises they made and lies they told.

    Yeah, they all suck.
