Obama sends special ops force to where? uganda. hunt for war criminal. why’s it our concern?

Special Forces = US Army “Green Berets”.
Special Operations Forces = a larger umbrella designation that covers Army Rangers, Air Force personnel that fly the helicopters, Navy Seals, Marine Corps Force Recon, support personnel, etc.Posted by Guido
