  1. Let ‘em in! I could use a moving target!

It’s also not a public range. Privately owned. All businesses reserve the right to refuse service.

  2. She has the right to refuse service to anyone.  Keeping the Muslims out is for their safety, not ours.

  3. Sadly Drew is right in that being a Private members only club does allow you some leeway to exclude people on a case by case basis. Being open to the public allows the lawfare assholes to fuck with her as much as they want.
This is not our America anymore, it belongs to the Fucking Lawyers.

  4. This is the beginning.  In practical terms, it’s hard to argue against the lady.

    BUT

We have lived all our lives with unabridged First Amendment rights.  Having First Amendment rights is one of the basic assumptions of being an American.  Once we have abridged those rights in any significant way, where do we draw the line?

You might do an end run defining an organization that supports Jihadis or anyone like them as being a terrorist group subject to arrest at any time.  That would (sort of) at least redefine Moslems as active participants in a terrorist organization.  The definition would be largely based on observed actions, not claims of faith.  Don’t forget, while relatively few Moslems in England are interested in active Jihad, 85% of the English Moslems are willing to support the Jihadis.  That can make for a lot of guilt by association.

As satisfying as it might be to abridge the Islamist’s rights, it’s a legal minefield with some very bad possibilities.
