no more scary fairy tales in an increasingly pc world

 

1. There is a show on ABC - Once Upon A Time - it’s been so long since I even read a fairy tale - that I’d forgotten how awful they are. The problem here is that the pc police are missing the point - teach kids early that life isn’t fair, life is scary and if you don’t pay attention - the cuddly fox, bear or wolf will eat you and oh yeah, there is always someone out there who is jealous or evil who is out to get you.

   Sounds like the very same lessons in the Bible - GOOD LESSONS TO LEARN - Life is hard, life sucks and then you die or make it better. And if you read the Old Testament - God used to strike people down (dead) - when their transgressions were discovered. We could use some of that now days!
