    I think the original case came up because a boy wanted to wear shorts in warmer weather as he said pants were too warm.  It could have been (tho I don’t know) that the school at the time required a certain fabric or uniform. His request was denied and so he decided to wear a skirt.  The school balked and his parents backed him and went to court and apparently won.
    However, this latest bit of gender bending nonsense is something we’ve come to expect here. It’s just another one of those bolshie,left things.
