2. BobF is 100% dead-on right.  The 2nd Amendment, embedded in a pain-in-the-ass-to-amend Constitution, gives citizens a means defend themselves against government.  It’s our fault if we have judges who decide that the words “public purpose” means and ‘n they they want it to. Yo Bob!

7. RACE? Who brought up race, OCM? Other than you. Are you saying that looters are of a different race from homeowners? Are Texans a different race? Gunowners?

   I’m thinking that given where you tell us you live that you probably have a gun or two around the place. Does that make you a racist? How about if you decide to protect your property from someone who has taken a liking to it and tries to take it away from you? Would it be racist to resist?

   Put the race card back in the deck, OCM. Save it for when you need it, such as when you’re losing an argument.

   In any case, that beats those “Neighborhood Watch” signs we see from time to time.

10. You’ve made an unsubstantiated claim about people you don’t know and haven’t met, OCM.

    You’re advancing a biased theory that any looters would be of a different race from these guys. That in itself is racism.

    That Texas sun must be awful bright. Look at the tan on the third guy from the left. It seems to have affected his facial features too.

    So, are you saying that they expect to be inundated with Asian looters?
