Nine councils under fire today for spending £250,000 of taxpayers’ money hiring consultants.

 

1. > Poole needs to find 35 residential pitches and eight transit pitches by 2011
   > but the council disputes these figures.

   Wait… has anyone asked “why” or simply said, “We’re not doing this”?  The land owned by the council is public use land, it should not be devoted to individuals or groups long-term, unless the land is legally divided, purchased (or leased), and built upon ACCORDING TO CODE.  Those are the rules everyone ELSE has to live by.

   One land, ONE LAW, otherwise you’re just jackasses at the levers of power.

   ARGH.  Stories of the “travelers” and the governments that enable this kind of horse-shit just make me stabby.

   Right you are. UNLESS of course you’re a member of some ethnic group in favor this year in which case liberal left guilty white folks will bend over and say oh please ... ah .. you can imagine the rest.
   And when it’s over they’ll say, oh please while ur at it, take my country too.
