  1. I know that I really do prefer to be honest, hard working and poor but damn sometimes I just wish I had the guts to act so profoundly stupid and then turn around and sue for the ‘legal lotto.’ Of course, I would be in a re-hab hospital somewhere on machines for decades while others spent the money. See I can’t win. Guess I just don’t have a criminal mind. That’s all it is - not ‘legal lotto’ but ‘legal theft’

  2. OCM, you out of beer (or stronger) today??

Try going outside and meditating for a while.

By the way, I am not Mrs. Cleaver - just tired of raving idiots making a buck on hardworking peoples dime because of their own stupidity.

  3. Sorry OCM, I don’t do medications - it’s against my code of ethics

  4. OCM surprised you managed so many pointless comments given you claim you didn’t read the post.

Skipper it looks to me like business as usual in Blair’s Britain where the criminals are the victims nowadays. One would hope that there would be an end to this nonsense, but with the leader of the opposition putting himself forward as “Blair lite” I don’t forsee any big changes.
Personally I plan to vote for the UK independance party since most of this socialist bunkum originates in Europe.
Now an again there is a semblance of sanity. Yesterday the law lords (equivalent to the US Supreme Court) ruled that gypsies who were evicted from public land that they had camped on without permission did not have their human rights infringed. Nevertheless the whole fiasco costs millions in legal fees and the pikeys would have been funded by public money. They now plan to appeal in the European court (once again with public money). This is despite the fact that one of the excuses for bringing in a British human rights law was that it would prevent people having to take their grievances to Brussels.
The sooner Britain wakes up and gets out of Europe the better.

  5. had the site had a better security fence to keep him out, he wouldn’t have been injured.

And had the site had guard dogs with the ability to crush arm and leg bones in a single bite, wouldn’t be around to sue.  Had the company had guards with guns and the willingness to use those guns you wouldn’t be getting this windfall.  Oh, and buying a nice home for you and your mum, a flash car for you and your mates to bum around in, recreational chemical substances (class A), means that your settlement will be long gone in less than 6 months.

    Another oxygen theif.
