Unfortunately, Bill Clinton actually was an effective leader.  Part of the art of leadership is getting your followers to agree with your agenda, even if it’s corrupt and disastrous.  For many world leaders, the phrase “cult of personality” is used.  It seems to apply almost exclusively to demagogues and tyrants (Mao Tse Tung, Stalin, Hitler.  Stalin in particular convinced his followers that black was white and white was black.  In the case of Bill Clinton, I’ve often wondered why a man who was probably a serial rapist (or at least was a serial philanderer who used women for his own pleasure) could be such a darling of the women’s liberation movement. 

   Skipper, you’ve got a nasty sense of humor.  I like it.
