1. Change the ROE to “Blow it up first, then burn it down, then send in the troops.”

   I’m in favor of reprisals too, though it would cause problems and could be used as a tool by the warring factions. IED goes off? Fine, we bomb everything in a 1 kilometer radius. We might give some advance warning, maybe.

2. Screw the advance warning.  And, with apologies to the Infantry, this little popgun will just annoy people.  Bring on the M110s (8” guns). Time to make the rubble bounce.
