  1. Funny. So now in addition to all the things you can’t bring on board with you, plus the awareness that you should wear as little metal as possible and shoes that are easy to get on and off, you should lay off the carbs and the sugars a few days ahead of flying.

I’ve noticed a similar thing before ... maybe not the matches, but the, um, personal aromas. I think its a result of the reduced cabin pressure and the recycled air.

  2. That’s a fact, Drew. I’ve noticed a serious deterioration in the quality of air on flights in recent years. They stopped us smokers from smelling up the air so now everyone has to endure the body odors of 200 people, half of whom haven’t had a bath in days. And the other half either had garlic and onions for lunch before the flight or doused themselves in Eau De Skunk before leaving the house.

I personally believe the airlines used the banning of smoking to pay less attention to the air scrubbers and reduce air pressure to save on maintenance costs.

I wonder what long-term health problems could be related to “second-hand stink”? Get me a lawyer. STAT! We may have a $$$$-million class-action lawsuit here!

    LOL

  3. This is one for the books - wouldn’t want to be her for anything. Makes even my most embarrassing moment pale by comparison. Stupid though (shows how really shallow this woman is) so intent on covering up a natural bodily occurrence in a small ‘public’ place and now, she is known throughout the land!!!!!!!!!
    LOL

  4. Hmmm, I fly anywhere from 2-6 flights a week.  I’ve been elbowed in the ribs by little old ladies who couldn’t keep their elbows on their side of the arm rest, had little kids in the seat directly behind me go and kick at the back of my seat for the entire flight and have been pressured to give up my nice seat so a lol could sit with her family, while I got her shitty seat, been seated next to people so obese (I’m no light weight myself) that they nearly forced me into the aisle, to flights so full that you couldn’t put anything in the overhead bins.  One of the bright sides to the new TSA rules is that people are checking much of their luggage which means that more over head storage is available for us road warriors.
