1. I was expecting the worst, but then I saw it was Crowder. Great advice. I have one of these that gives a whole body workout. But it’s basically an aerobic workout. I do need to incorporate some weight lifting. Great post Drew.

3. Harley - like she ‘shops’ at Target - what a bunch of crock - just a easy, peasy way to ‘reconnect’ the Obamas to the stupid masses - show ‘em were one of us. Bet they turn up in US magazine Just Like US column soon. And the stupid ‘Obama stash’ people buy it.

   Yet when brand new (6 weeks) mommie, Sarah Palin dashed into Wal Mart to get diapers - she was just making a photo op.

   I truly hate liberals and wish that they would just move to one of their socialist utopias and leave America the hell alone.
