  1. Apparently this is considered “unlawful desecration of a corpse” (there’s a ‘lawful’ version??)… and is a… misdemeanor.

I’m sorry, but stupid stuff like this makes me think it’s time to bring back flogging… as in the bad old days of the British Navy films set in the 1700’s.

  2. This justifies the stocks for a few days. Make sure the family of the deceased knows where he is.

  3. Not a “corpse head”—it’s a SKULL.

If the little f***ers had the brains to buy one from a medical-supply shop they’d be in the clear.

I’m not justifying it, just saying “lets not get carried away.”

  4. We knew there was a cemetary there. Rumor has it that it has been there since the slave days. It is about 1/4 mile from my house. I have been out there a couple of times. There are also some old cisterns from the slave days nearby. But we didn’t know it had been used as late as WWII.

What these kids did was depraved. They had better cut a deal with the DA, because the people in my little city would not go easy on them at a jury trial.

A quick search turned up a forum where the are is being discussed, with pictures of the cemetary. It is said to be one of the more haunted places in Texas, if you believe that sort of stuff.
