  2. Why, GOSH! Who could possibly have thought that B’HOs selections might be corrupt?

  3. If Geithner made a mistake in paying his taxes ( sure honest mistake ), I wonder how many he could make while running the Treasury.

The New York Fed’s supervisory activities are designed to ensure a safe and sound banking system. The New York Fed conducts onsite and offsite examinations of banks in New York, New Jersey, and Fairfield County in Connecticut. It also examines U.S. bank holding companies, state-chartered banks and the U.S. operations of foreign banks.

    Connect the dots.

  6. Meanwhile our vaulted House led by that stellar champion of ethics and transparancy has put into play H.J.R.5 - Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President. [Introduced in House].

I advocate writing to your ‘Representatives’ (mine no longer are, as all three are so far Left they can never turn Right, EVER) - and keep track of the bills (got this via Michelle Malkin who is on a rampage about an SCHIP expansion, shoved through the House in the dark of night, no debate).

Tighten your belts everyone - lock and load - we aren’t even to the Immaculate Inauguration of The One (tm) and we are seeing crooks, liars and thieves (not to mention a huge dose of Clintonistas - which brings up an interesting query line - is this payback for stepping aside or is this a setup for 2012?)being installed to ‘run’ America into the gutter.

I knew it was coming - did not think that SanFranGranNan had the balls to do it even before The One (tm) was even inaugurated.

Damn their evil, lying hides. Pray for America.

  8. Rush brings up an interesting quandry on this little tid bit of news - Since that great orator Joe Biden stated during the campaign that it ‘is patriotic’ to pay taxes - can we now question Geithner’s patriotism?

  9. > to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing

Not just no, but HELL no.  That particular limitation has worked out to be a very healthy thing, I wish there were limits on Senators and House Representative service-terms too, so that it would be that much more difficult to entrench an “old guard” in government.  Service through office SHOULD be severely curtailed so that you don’t just become another pig at the trough.

Thanks for the heads up, Wardmama.
