   The key quotes from the judgement look pretty unambiguous.  This is the greatest breakthrough for the Second Amendment in California in my life time.

3. Two things - the 9th Circus - wow I am impressed. And doesn’t this go for that stupid NJ law? It also helps keep the OH CC law intact. I wonder if the Supreme Court will hear the NJ case?

   Problem with the ‘show a need’ thing is two-fold - First is the 2nd Amendment - It is a Constitutional RIGHT and second - if you are dead or permanently disabled after that first attack - what’s the point of the ‘proof’.

   Moral character - like anyone on the Left/Dems/Liberal/progressive - would know moral character if it kicked in their ‘naughty bits’.

   I still want someone on the lawyer/Constitution/Supreme Court - to show me where ‘may issue’ at all, ever - jibes with - SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.
