Marshall’s Millions: Final Chapter?

 

1. Hopefully, someone in TX (which is the US capitol of ‘crimes of passion’) will insist on an investigation before awarding the bimbette the billions . . .Funny about this happening now.
   Of course 11 years of legal fighting would reduce those billions down a few million and also probably would kill me too.

   I agree with the son - 6 mill is good days wages for what 13 months of a ‘sham’ marriage - never lived in the same house, wasn’t there at the end? She should have shut up and taken what she got, I think that this time, especially since E. Pierce’s heir or the State of TX have soooooooooooooo much to gain by fighting her. I’m hoping that she loses big time.

3. Yeah, he’s dead now - I’m talking about 11 years ago when this saga started. 6 mill for a 20something stripper turned golddigger isn’t bad wages for 13 months. It did say family in the story - there is another son J. Howard Marshall III - should be interesting how the story ends. Sorry - re-reading the trash on this issue - should have been game, set, match way back in 2000 - the old geezer had a will and wrote out Anna and J.H.III - so I don’t get why all these judges, courts have made such a fuss of it. Besides she lost already, why does the system keep letting her go back and rehash something that should never even have been hased in the first place?  A will is a will and 13 months of a 90 odd year life is not worth even half the money let alone all of it. . .which given the stupidity of judges/courts these days, the bimbette will probably walk away with.
