I think the consumer is about to get screwed. As usual.
Bigosh!
I never realized what an idiot I was, until now. I have subscribed to XM for three years, but I never realized that I could DISCONTINUE my subscription if the merger takes place. I love XM, never have listened to Oprha or Stern, whichever dish they are on. I listen to music, and sometimes CNBC.
Sometimes I listen to land radio (Limbaugh, a lot), NPR (saysyou, Prairie Home Companion, etc.), and other stations on radio. If SERIUS and XM merge, I will do the same thing.
Bottom Line: If I don’t like the merger, I will discintinue the service. If too many subscibers agree, then the service will die on the vine. Is that too complicated to understand?
