8. I’ll go with the first option. 

   On another note, here’s a lawyer joke I thought you all might enjoy:

   A man is walking along the beach one day when he finds a silver lamp.  He picks it up, wipes it off with his hand, then out pops a genie.

   “I am here to serve you Master.  I will grant you three wishes.  But know that every lawyer in the world will receive double of what you wish for.”

   So the man’s like, “uh, ok, whatever.”

   “What is your first wish, Master?”

   “I would like a mansion by the beach.”

   “Poof! Here is your mansion by the beach.  Now every lawyer in the world has two mansions by the beach.  What is your second wish?”

   “I would like half a million dollars.”

   “Poof! Here’s your half million.  Now every lawyer in the world has a billion dollars.  What is your final wish, Master?”

   At this point, the man thinks a little bit and says “come to think of it, I’d like to donate a kidney.”
