Junk Science?
This is related to the drink 8 glasses of water a day that many people believe. Someone just made it up and it was said on a TV show and then it was repeated until it was gospel. I drink water when I’m thirsty. (This has worked for billions of people since the dawn of time)This problem is wide spread and one of the main reasons I quit watching TV. That and the Safty Nazi news reporters.
