It’s tough being a pirate

  1. Well, I can’t say I’m sorry for them. And they might actually be a few of the LUCKY ones given the fact that Pootie-poot is moving in, and he is not well known for taking prisoners (as the few remaining Chechen Islamists and Abkhaz/Ossetian Georgians will tell you). While I have already posted about my suspicions regarding the Russia/Ukraine/Somali Pirates thing, and I am cynical about Russia’s goodwill, I don’t doubt that they will be all too glad to wipe the floor with those Somalis who dare to continue attacking Russian shipping (and, after all, there is no rule against offing formerly-useful idiots).

However, this does lead me to worry. WTF are the Iranians shipping through there anyway? Honestly, we had better get a hold of whatever the hell is in that ship and examine it. Because it can’t be good news, give who we are talking about.

  2. Can we bomb Tehran yet? Seriously just what are these maniacs transporting?

  3. I know I have to work on my attitude and outlook, but I see some degree of humor in this development.

One is the obvious pirates getting paid in kind for their illegal actions.  Dubchits steal a boat and it’s loaded with toxins…

Two is the expose of Iranian dealings.  “Minerals and industrial products...” Is that Islamofascist doublespeak for ‘nasty radioactive tailings and anthrax’?

As good capitalists, I think we should move to help these folks.  If nothing else, we could twist Iran’s tail a little…

“Hey Mister!  How much for the boat as is?  How much will you pay me to move away from your village?”
