2. One of the most noisey things around is a hover craft.  I won’t be holding my breath waiting for this one.  The noise nannies will never stand for it.

3. I call bullsh1t on this, too heavy for a fuel cell unless a range of 1 mile is Ok and they are not zero emissions as they use a heap of power to produce the hydrogen!
