1. Well, that’s gonna suck (or I should say ‘blow’, I suppose). I’m guessing that the Appalachians will keep it on that path.

2. It’s 12:15 CDT now and the eye is directly over the NASA Stennis Space Center. Winds have dropped to 105 mph. The Stennis web sites (NASA, NOAA) are all off the air. Backup generators may ahve failed or the structures are damaged.
