  1. Laws are laws, but they don’t always make sense. Maybe the Puritans need to be removed from the room and those Age of Consent statutes need to be reworked. As in

“Were you willing and eager to do this?”

    “Yes”

    “Case dismissed.”

And it may also be high time we put some equality in the law as well. Just because the roles are reversed does not mean a damn thing. Had it been a 14 year old girl getting shagged 8 ways to Sunday by a 26 year old guy, it does NOT mean she was taken advantage of. Ok, taken advantage of in the one particular that a person that age - male or female - may not have the BEST level of decision making, but they have some. And kids today are far more sexually precocious than any adult is willing to admit. This Zero Tolerance “sexual predator” stuff is nonsense probably half the time, if not more.

Fine missy hot pants there £100 for poor judgment and let her go. She should have known better than to act out her teacher fantasy where she’d get caught.

  2. True, she should have known better. Especially after the police first warned her.
Who knows what kind of wires get twisted in the minds of some.
    You’re correct re.age and consent.
Although I had no idea when I first met my first wife, Debbie was only 15. And quite a hot 15 too I should add. Her mom was damn pretty as well. I think I may have had a crush on her mom.Golly but she was nice in every way possible. She was also btw, a teacher. Her dad looked like a movie star and was a decent and likable guy. So the girl who I was dating was very much under age when we met and while going together, as I was well into my 20s.
We married when she was 18. I think. Or 19. ?? I can’t remember it was so long ago.

  3. You can’t rape the willing.  I still fondly remember (and regret) a near miss I had at his age.
