2. What he’s figuring is that it’s easier for a dictator to control one large bureaucracy then a bunch of smaller ones.  Also easier to hide the misappropriating(theft) of funds from a one big budget rather then several smaller ones.

Come on - look at it - it’s all business oriented bureaucracies - easier to destroy the free market faster when you’ve consolidated it all into one little neat ‘program’ and wanna bet the ‘debt’ doesn’t go down a whit - as all that money will be shifted onto programs like the EPA and Green Tech - that The Won loves so much (and might actually get the votes from)?!?!?
