3. I work at a gas station p/t and they hiked the price of gas 8 cents in the middle of the day on Wednesday. Totally unheard of.

4. Tell me about it.

   I had to fill up the red Saturn yesterday.  It cost $2.71 a gallon, and that station is usually the cheapest place around (the Speedway on the corner of 183rd St and Harlem Ave in Tinley Park). 

   I filled up the Ion today on my way back from seeing the doctor.  I forked over just over $28 for eleven gallons (about).

   I swear to God, this nonsense is gettting to the point of price-gouging.  I’m waiting for the prices to be ARM, LEG, and FIRST-BORN CHILD.
