1. This is infuriating.. It’s like a dollar off coupon for a big screen TV. Not gonna save the budget, especially if you’re paying it on the credit card over 10 years..

2. Im simply going to rub more salt in the wound by updating this post with the CBO scoring which puts the final number at $352 MILLION.
   Everybody who thought DC could fix itself got PLAYED,OWNED,PWNED.CHUMPED.
