It Figures

 

1. Making assumptions without facts to back them up. I want to see the numbers of people who died or were injured because they decided they could fight a fire alongside the numbers of people who actually did extinguish the fire.
   Only the government can close the barn before the horses run loose or indeed, are actually in the barn.

2. In other news, the government today banned CPR, pointing out that using CPR delays calling emergency assistance. In related developments, life guard training is now restricted to professional response personnel ?It is indicated that jumping into a pool to rescue a person, even if the rescuer is trained, risks two drownings rather than simply one.
