  1. Ok, this registers as a 5.3 on the BS meter.

Of course teens love the throw-away clothes! They don’t have to be responsible or even neat, and they aren’t the ones earning the money to buy them with! Cluebat!!

I use cold water to wash everything and it comes out clean. And if you aren’t too fussy you don’t have to iron anything. Sure, cotton clothes get a bit stiff when you line dry them, but give them a shake and they’re fine. Dur.

You want real sustainable clothing? Make all footwear from discarded tire treads. Weave your shirts from hemp fibers. That’s right, from mari-ja-wanna. The stuff lasts forever. Hemp clothing has been found in ancient tombs, thousands of years old, in perfect wearable condition.

This article is right about Old Navy. I went into one of their stores and noticed how low quality the merchandise was. I never realized it was disposable clothing!

  2. Uhhh, if y’all use enough Tide, yore t-shirt won’t be green!!!

I shop L.L. Bean, Land’s End, and Cabela’s for most of my clothing.  It’s rugged and long-lasting.  My family hasn’t shopped in Old Navy for years.

  3. Crap, I’m gonna have to go dig out that box of ‘secrets from Victoria’ my hubby bought me just so I’m not green nor an eviro-wacko any more. Well the up side of that is, he just might notice me more often.  red face

Don’t have a clue what this moron is talking about the stuff at Target (undies) is among the best in the cheaper to purchase catagory.
