HORSING AROUND WITH TAXPAYER MONEY.  BUSINESS AS USUAL

 

1. Where is the law that when something this stupid, this wasteful actually comes up as immediate fraud and the person who proposed it is charged immediately with stealing from the taxpayers (come on, the government doesn’t make anything or any money - it confiscates all that it has)?

   Communicating with animals - uh send them back to school to learn how to communicate honestly with people FIRST. Or maybe even how read, write and speak the language.
