Here we go again. McDonald’s sued in Brazil .. idiot judge finds against deep pockets of course.

 

1. Uh huh, and if the guy who did quality control at the distillery swallowed he’d be trashed all day long and an alcoholic after 2 weeks. Spit it out, stupido!

   What a crock. And I thought so many in Brazil were without food and always on the edge of starvation. A job at McD’s with a daily free meal? That’s a lifeline for the real poor ‘n starvin’. You can Go Large on the Angus burger meal and have it touch 1500 calories. You can live on that.

   Besides, McDonalds says that the top Happy Meal has 700 calories and 27 grams of fat. Let’s give credit where it’s due.

3. Something in today’s Daily Mail on the subject of fat and diet and heart attacks.

   Under the title Everything you thought you knew about food is WRONG.
   A new book says that fat’s healthy and there isn’t any hard evidence that fat in our diets contribute to heart attacks.
   Hope it’s true cos I don’t pay a whole lot of attention. If I like it I’ll eat it but I’m not living on Big Macs either.
