  1. They’ll say it comes under the “Commerce Clause”.  That’s what they say for EVERYTHING.  And the Supreme Court has let them get away with it for years.

  2. Thats a mistake above, its the communist cause, not commerce clause. A little lisp, and the fools buy it.

Off topic, have you considered dropping littlegreenfootballs from your blog roll? it seems he has gone to the dark side and is now anti everything conservatives stand for. I would ask that instead you link what is commonly called the stalker blog, or LGF2 at http://www.littlegreenfootballs2.com/
There is a lot of rhetoric regarding Charles, but also a lot of good solid conservative blogging there.
    regards, Jeremy

  3. Oh here I thought it was the ‘general welfare’ clause that they hide behind for all their social engineering/agenda crappola.

Yeah, Jeremy I am shocked at how lgf had gone so toward the dark side. Of course a lot of the right/conservative side is bending over backward to not ‘criticize’ The Won.

Sorry, if someone is wrong, a politician is doing something un-Constitutional or criminal - there is no if, ands or buts about it - Wrong is Wrong - there are no shades of gray. Or at least shouldn’t be.

  4. Well Drew, with that hammer you found while moving you hit the nail on the head. They will try to shove this up our ass and claim the court should decide any legalities involving its administration. IN the meantime the new 53 beauracacies slated to administer this pig will all get funded and housed and settled in and after that come the excuses. And the lies. And the appeals to the parasites who will benefit. And on and on and on,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

  5. And does this really surprise anyone anymore? The Left may not be authoritarian yet, but they certainly seem to be marching on a rather slippery slope.

Which would be all well and good if the rest of us weren’t forced to follow them.
