Happy Shopping!

I actually fell into the trap this year - God knows why, I’ve never fallen into the buy, buy , buy for Christmas nor ever got into the ‘sale’ lie before. Spent waaaaaaaaaaaay too much but did find a steal for me (hubby went and got it before 1100).
Maybe it was hearing how much I’m going to be paid for this job - went straight to my head and I went crazy. Won’t ever do it again. It was still dark (0630) and the Wal Mart parking lot looked like a looting fest gone wild. But to get the dvds the grandkids wanted for 3.44 and 9.99 was certainly worth the momentary pain of slumming it in hispanic world for 30 minutes and besides to get the deal on my gift - well I will suffer.
There is a first time for everything and I will never complain again about my hubby waiting until the week before for shopping. One of these years I just might do it right and start in January!
