2. Because this is how a PC War is run - and it is THE reason we are on year 4 of it, instead of mopping up and down to ‘occupation’ troops. And what is so wrong with that word? I have 4 Hummels made in ‘occupied’ Germany - worth a mint thank you. . .

   And Germany and Japan are fine despite to ‘occupation’ Thank you.

3. Well I am not going to debate the tactics, though I am with Peiper and FOC However it’s great that this brave chap gets awarded a DFC. It’s a shame he wasn’t in an Apache though or a Huey with the chain gun!

7. Bulldog! Settle down! What are you getting so upset about? We’re all on the same team here. I don’t see what FOC or Wardmama said that was disprepectful of our Brit allies. All they’re saying is that we (the US and the UK) should just take off the gloves and blow the living shit out of every Iraqi who even looks at one of our troops sideways.

   Now calm down. Don’t make me fly over to Heathrow, find a cab and hunt you down in the nearest pub and pound you on the head. Although Peiper and LyndonB would probably applaud if I did.
