I don’t know much about the RN’s weapon systems but I assume the minigun (Vulcan?) is primarily an anti aircraft weapon. The 20mm seemed pretty effective though. Shame they let them go though. I do understand not taking captives as they wopuld only claim asylum but there are plenty of available yard arms and they must have spare ropes surely?
These rules of engagement are bullshit. Let them be sharkfood.

I dunno about *that particular* minigun, but miniguns and gatlings in general tend to be antiaircraft/antimissile weapons. They aren’t supposed to be accurate, they’re supposed to fill the sky with junk.
